The Challenge


This Wilden property was stunning — a luxury residence with expansive valley and lake views, architectural elegance, and a setting that perfectly captures Kelowna’s evening glow.

But in a competitive market, great homes still need a strategy to stand out. Our mission was clear: highlight the emotional impact of the home and connect it with the right buyer at the right moment.


The Strategy

A qualified buyer was flying in from the Lower Mainland with a tight viewing schedule. Rather than a typical daytime showing, I chose to schedule our tour at sunset — the time when this home truly comes alive.


As the sun dropped behind the Okanagan hills, the property transformed: soft light spilled through the windows, the lake reflected gold and amber tones, and the buyer instantly connected with the space.


The Result
