In 2025, I ranked #4 among all individual agents at RE/MAX Kelowna.
RE/MAX Kelowna is one of the most competitive real estate offices in the Okanagan. There are agents here with decades of experience, deep client networks, and reputations built over careers that started before I was old enough to buy a house. Ranking #4 among individuals in that office — in my third full year — means something to me.
But the number alone doesn't tell the story. Here's the full picture.
The Award Timeline (Because Context Matters)
Real estate rankings aren't a single snapshot. They're a compound result — every year building on the last. Here's how mine have stacked up:
2023 — Rookie of the Year, RE/MAX Kelowna. First year in the business. Started from scratch with no database, no prior real estate sphere, and no safety net. Won Rookie of the Year.
2023–2024 — Top 100, Western Canada (RE/MAX). Consistent placement in the top 100 agents across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Thousands of agents.
2024 — Rapid Climb in Western Canada Rankings. Moved from #55 in Western Canada to #6 by year end.
2025 — #17, RE/MAX Canada Top 30 Under 30 (National). One of only 30 selected nationally from 25,000+ Canadian RE/MAX agents.
2025 — #4 Individual Agent, RE/MAX Kelowna. The most locally meaningful recognition yet.

I came into real estate from trades. Six years as a Journeyman HVAC technician — one of my biggest advantages in this business. I understand homes at a mechanical level. I know what I'm looking at when I walk through a property and can tell you whether something is a real concern or a non-issue.
