My work

Most of these homes sold. One of them didn’t, and it’s on here anyway, because a page that only shows the wins isn’t much use for deciding whether I’d be useful to you.

What’s underneath each one is the useful bit: what the situation actually was when it landed on my desk, what I changed, and why that changed the outcome. A couple of them came to me after another agent couldn’t sell them. One was listed in the dead of winter on purpose. One had tenants in it. Several are in Wilden, and the rest are spread across Kelowna and West Kelowna.
